EquiBrain operates on a monthly subscription model. Your subscription is billed at the beginning of each billing cycle and provides access to all features for the duration of the paid period.
3. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel anytime
Cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing us at support@equibrain.in.
Access until period ends
Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
No auto-renewal after cancellation
Once cancelled, your subscription will not auto-renew. You can resubscribe at any time.
4. Refund Eligibility
4.1 Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You have not extensively used the platform's recommendation features during this period
- You were charged erroneously or for a duplicate transaction
4.2 Partial Refund
A partial or pro-rata refund may be considered if:
- There was a significant service outage that prevented you from using the platform
- A technical issue on our end resulted in inaccurate data or disrupted features
4.3 Non-Refundable
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after the 7-day refund window
- Dissatisfaction with stock market performance or investment outcomes
- Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle
- Violation of our Terms of Service leading to account suspension
- Change of mind after using the platform's core features extensively

Provide your registered email address, date of purchase, payment transaction ID, and reason for the refund.
Await confirmation
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7. Launch Offer Terms
The introductory launch price of ₹999/month is a promotional offer. The standard refund policy applies to subscriptions purchased under this offer. EquiBrain reserves the right to modify the launch pricing at any time for new subscribers.
8. Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to support@equibrain.in with additional details. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
EquiBrain reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
