5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date of initial purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.

We accept payments through authorised payment gateways. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method.

The quality of our financial planning and recommendations depends directly on the accuracy of the information you provide. You agree to:

• Understand that inaccurate data will result in inaccurate recommendations

We are not liable for any losses arising from decisions made based on inaccurate information provided by you.

All content on EquiBrain — including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, software, and analysis reports — is the property of EquiBrain and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without written permission
• Reverse-engineer our algorithms or AI models
• Use our services for commercial redistribution without authorisation
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from our platform

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EquiBrain and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from using our recommendations
• Inaccurate data, delayed updates, or service interruptions
• Losses caused by market volatility, economic events, or unforeseen circumstances
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to EquiBrain in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold EquiBrain harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
